Zach Blair

Zach Blair joined Heartland Investment USA in July 2025 after graduating from Earlham College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance. During his time at Earlham, he interned with a startup brewery in Austin, Texas, where he gained valuable experience in business operations and strategic planning. He was also actively involved in several business organizations on campus and served as the manager of WECI 91.5 FM, the college’s locally broadcast radio station. These experiences strengthened his leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, providing a strong foundation for a career in financial planning.

At Heartland Investment USA, Zach is focused on building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients while continuing to expand his knowledge of financial planning and wealth management. He is currently pursuing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66, and Health and Life Insurance licenses. Zach is committed to providing exceptional client service, supporting the advisory team, and helping clients stay informed as they work toward their long-term financial goals. 

Outside of the office, Zach enjoys hiking, exploring Chicago with friends, attending rock concerts, and playing video games. He believes that trust, integrity, and genuine relationships are the foundation of exceptional client service and is excited to build a career helping individuals and families achieve lasting financial confidence.
